This service is available only for students, parents, and staff of St. Francis de Sales School, Sateek.

2. Fee Refund Policy +

No refund will be provided for tuition fees, admission fees, or academic payments.

3. Product Replacement +

Items like books and uniforms may be replaced within 5 days, excluding edible products.

4. Return Conditions +

Items must be in original condition and returned within 5 days with packaging.

5. Cancellation Policy +

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.

6. Refund Method +

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.
