Disciplinary Regulations
Moral Discipline Standards
Special attention is paid to ensure a high standard of morality and discipline in the school.
Guardian Cooperation
Guardians are requested to co-operate with the authorities of the school by urging their students to regular attendance, punctuality and good conduct.
Personal Belongings Responsibility
The school will not be held responsible for the books, money, clothes, ornaments etc. lost during the school hours. Students must look after their own belongings.
Dress and Appearance Rules
Students shall not wear ornaments and jewellery or cosmetics. Girls are to tie their hair properly and not let it loose.
Early Arrival Study Practice
Students who come to school early should have loud reading practice and study.
Holiday Attendance Rules
Students must not absent themselves from the school on days prior to holidays and examinations. They must rejoin classes after the holidays on the re-opening day. Any breach of this will be considered a grave offence.
Examination Fee Requirement
Students will not be admitted to exams unless they have paid the fee in full.
Respect for Teachers
Students are expected to address their teachers and members of the staff with due respect both within the school and outside as well.
Strict Discipline Policy
Indiscipline and Disobedience of students towards staff and school authority shall be taken very seriously.
Prohibited Substances Policy
Smoking and use of tobacco products or chewing of betel leaves or bubble gum and consuming of alcoholic drinks and drugs are strictly prohibited. If any use them will be fined according the rules of the government.
Cleanliness and Orderliness
Since, “Cleanliness is next to Godliness” the students must keep their person, dress, text books and exercises books clean and tidy and orderliness must be preserved everywhere.
Punctuality and Regularity
Punctuality and regularity are expected from every student at all times.
Participation in Activities
Students should take pride and joy in lending a helping hand to all school functions and take part in all the co-curricular activities organized by the school.
Protection of School Property
Fine will be imposed for any breakage or damage of School property.
Leave Permission Rules
Leave should not be taken without prior permission except for genuine reason.
School Uniform Requirement
No exemption from the school uniform will be permitted.
English Language Policy
The language of the school is English. Any students who break the rule of language, i.e. English, shall be fined accordingly.
